About Advantage Office Suites

Advantage Office Suites was founded by Judson Ball and Kevin Ball in 2006. The philosophy: small business owners deserve access to high-end flexible office space in Scottsdale and amenities, at a price they can afford.

Advantage Office Suites team chose to be innovative by providing a larger range of sizes and configurations. The suites include both furnished and unfurnished one room executive suites, and two to five room enclosed flexsuites. A fully serviced, fully staffed office solution with upscale services and amenities is provided to business executive.

Judson C. Ball

For more than 30 years, Judson C. Ball has been involved in the development of nearly $1 billion worth of office and industrial properties. He graduated from Valparaiso University and received his J.D. from ITT-Chicago Kent College of Law. Judson began his career as an aide to U.S. Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D-IL), and he served as corporate general counsel to Chicago architecture firm Ralph Stoetzel, Inc. until founding Plumwood Corporation in 1978.

In 1978 he developed the Plumwood Corporation which developed $750 million of industrial and/or suburban office real estate in Chicago, Atlanta, Tempe, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Mr. Ball was a member of the Urban Land Institute and was a member of the executive committee of the Real Estate Roundtable from 1995 to 2000.

Today, Plumwood Corporation develops Class A commercial projects with a 100% equity structure. Judson is a developer of high-quality, niche real estate. A strong supporter of the arts, he served on the Board of Trustees of the Phoenix Art Museum from 1997 to 2000, and has been a member of the Wyoming Arts Council since 2000.

Linda M. Andersen.  Ms.  Andersen graduated magna cum laude with honors from Adams State College with a B.S. degree in Psychology and Physical Education.  Ms. Andersen received several awards while attending college. She received the Adams State College “Alumni Achievement Award and their Scholarship” and she received the “Outstanding Citizen Award” from the Honorary Daughters of the American Revolution.   She was voted “Spur of the Year” by the Spurs Honorary Woman’s organization.  Ms. Andersen served on the Alumni Board at Adams State College for several years.

Ms. Andersen owned and operated with her husband Andersen Construction Company in Colorado for 17 years.  She later moved to Phoenix, Arizona and was employed by Judson C. Ball, a real estate developer.  She has also worked closely with O. Mark DeMichele. She has worked for Mr. Ball for the past 19 years.
