Virtual Office Space Available at Cooper

Advantage Office Suites is offering bother permanent and virtual office space at its Cooper Crossing location, 1820 E. Ray Road in Chandler. Spaces ranging in size from 396 square feet to more than 1,500 square feet can be rented by the businesses wishing to move in. The rental fee includes amenities such as a common reception area, conference rooms, a fitness center, kitchen, high-speed internet access, plasma screen TVs, and more. According to vice president and general manager Debbie Van Dyk, Cooper Crossing is about 30 percent occupied.

Another big draw at Cooper Crossing is virtual office space. Clients who work from home or who own a small business can rent space by the hour or by the day. To rent a training room for example, the rental fee is $50 for an hour, $160 for four hours, or $280 for an eight-hour day. Virtual office clients can also take advantage of amenities such as call forwarding, mail service and phone reception. Most of Cooper Crossing's virtual office clients live within a five-mile radius of the Ray Road address.
