Kevin Ball was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and matriculated to the University of Oregon where he received a Political Science degree in 1996. Upon graduating from U of O, Ball moved to Portland, OR where he excelled in the commercial real estate brokerage industry until 2000. Ball received “Rookie of the Year” honors in the CB Richard Ellis Portland office in 1999. From 2000 to 2002, Ball studied at the University of San Diego, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree with a real estate emphasis. In 2002, Ball was hired as Vice President of Acquisitions/Operations for Plumwood Corporation, a family operated real estate development company that specializes in office and industrial properties in the western United States. In 2004, Ball formed Ballcor Property Trust, Inc. (BPT). Its mission is to develop or acquire premier commercial and residential properties in the Pacific Northwest. BPT has a determined focus on quality construction, cost containment and superior client/tenant relations. In 2006, Ball established Suite Logic, LLC, an executive office suites company. Suite Logic merged with Phone Jockey Office Suites in 2007 and both companies now operate as Advantage Office Suites
