Chairman and CEO

For the past 30+ years, Judson C. Ball has been involved in the development of nearly $1 billion worth of office and industrial properties.

Mr. Ball graduated from Valparaiso University in 1964 and received his J.D. from ITT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1967. From 1969 to 1971, he was an aide to U.S. Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D-IL). Mr. Ball served as corporate general counsel to Chicago architecture firm Ralph Stoetzel, Inc. until 1978. In 1971 he developed the Plumwood Corporation which has developed $750 million of industrial and/or suburban office real estate in Chicago, Atlanta, Tempe, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Mr. Ball has been a member of the Urban Land Institute from 1986 to the present and was a member of the executive committee of the Real Estate Roundtable from 1995 to 2000.

A strong supporter of the arts, Mr. Ball served on the Board of Trustees of the Phoenix Art Museum from 1997 to 2000, and has been a member of the Wyoming Arts Council since 2000. In 2002, he was appointed to the President's Advisory Committee on the Arts, which supports the Kennedy Center’s education and outreach programs. From 2007 to present he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of Wildlife Art.
